Now let's see how it actually performs!

In order to have safe results before doing any test iON has passed 50 charge cycles.Tests were done at :

  • Sony PSP - PLaying games
  • LG Renoir mobile phone - Talking(3G),Surfing internet(wifi),Taking photos(heavy battery load due to flash)
  • Apple iPod nano - Mp3 playback

Before each test the mobile device was left to deplete completely and power off because of low battery, then iON was connected and I calculated the additional operation time in hours. We can see the results in the diagram below.

It is amazing that something so small and lightweight can be so useful and provide so many additional hours of operation for our mobile devices.FSP iON Powerbank is the most useful accessory that has passed from my hands for a long time.Charging time is about 2-3 hours, and it is so small that you can carry it everywhere. It can be really useful if your phones battery is dead and there is no charger.Price is ~14$(Usd) and thsi will definitelly attract buyers!

Positive

  • Compact and lightweight size
  • Price
  • Very useful!!!

Negative

  • 1 year warranty only

"For being one of the most useful accessories that have passed through my hands, FSP iON Powerbank is given the "Editors Choice" award..."
